Shipping PolicyItems are usually shipped with 5 business days, depending on method and other shipping/delivery details agreed upon. Shipping/Delivery methods include USPS, UPS, FedEx, PDI (Personal Delivery/Installation), & Cash-N-Carry. Insurance is always included in shipping quote.

Fine art products and services are non-refundable (paintings, drawings, sculptures, design services, etc.). We will work with you to resolve any mistake on our part related to custom work. Ask as many questions as needed before purchasing. Do not purchase until you are content with the item that you are interested in. We strive to describe each item offered with all necessary details for a full understanding of what is being offered. Again, please ask before buying.
In general, new art supplies and materials are under the original manufacturer warranty. If no warranty is stated, then the item is sold "as is". Exchanges are only granted in the event of a defective item.
