All services and products carry an MPO Art Satisfaction Guarantee. This means that we will work hard to keep you as a satisfied customer. Phone, email, postal mail or in person, we guarantee to be available to you. Whether you are looking for a special art item that is not in our online inventory, or if you are in need of a quick turn-around for art services, we are there for you. We stand by our service agreement and company mission - to provide quality art products and services. When in doubt - ASK. If it's a promise - we put it in writing. We also welcome your suggestions. Privacy policy
Be confident in knowing that your information is handled with care. We do not sell or provide third parties with our customer information. Information that you provide is used to process orders and to communicate about our products and services. Whether you are ordering from us online,  communicating by telephone or in person, we strive to protect your information from outside sources. We will never sell your information. If at any time you fell that your information is not handled to your satisfaction, let us know and we will work to resolve the issue.

PayPal is our number one method for online payments. All credit cards and online payments are processed through PayPal. You do NOT need a PayPal account to use your credit card. We also accept cash (in person, usually at an event), checks*, and money orders.

Shipping Policy

Items are usually shipped with 5 business days, depending on method and other shipping/delivery details agreed upon. Shipping/Delivery methods include USPS, UPS, FedEx, PDI (Personal Delivery/Installation), & Cash-N-Carry. Insurance is always included in shipping quote.

Return Policy
Fine art products and services are non-refundable (paintings, drawings, sculptures, design services, etc.). We will work with you to resolve any mistake on our part related to custom work. Ask as many questions as needed before purchasing. Do not purchase until you are content with the item that you are interested in. We strive to describe each item offered with all necessary details for a full understanding of what is being offered. Again, please ask before buying.

In general, new art supplies and materials are under the original manufacturer warranty. If no warranty is stated, then the item is sold "as is". Exchanges are only granted in the event of a defective item.
